PPM staff have substantial and perceptive advisory experience, particularly in the arena of performance - reward alignment. A network has also been established with similarly independent and imaginative consultants in, respectively:
- strategic planning,
- leadership development,
- executive search,
- employee relations, and
- international relocation services.
The founding member of Patullo Performance Management is W.N. (Bill) Patullo. The Principal of PPM, Bill has had substantial experience in rewards policy and practice for domestic, global and expatriate executives, management & staff in one of Australia's leading companies (BHPBilliton). Some of his current appointments and roles are as:
- a Victorian Councillor for the Australian Human Resources Institute;
- an external consulting Member of the Government Senior Executive Remuneration Panel for the Victorian Government; and,
- a Special Advisor on Directors' fees, executive remuneration, incentives and executive contracts, with Oppeus Pty. Ltd. (previously Our People Plus Pty. Ltd.).
In conjunction with Accounting and post-graduate studies, Bill holds professional memberships of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Chartered Secretaries Institute.
